How to Connect

Open the integration
Go to Integrations → Zoho CRM.

Choose a record type
Choose whether to sync contacts as Contacts or Leads.

Enable auto-sync (optional)
Turn on Auto-sync to import all existing Wave contacts immediately.

Connect Zoho
Click Connect and sign in to your Zoho account.
What Gets Synced
Sync direction: Wave → Zoho CRM (outbound only)
When it syncs: Real-time on contact create, update, or delete
Features
- Contacts or Leads: choose the Zoho record type that fits your sales workflow.
- Automatic region detection: Wave connects to the correct Zoho data center (US, EU, IN, AU, and others) automatically.
- Auto-sync on connect: import all existing Wave contacts on first connection.
- Owner assignment: contacts are assigned to the Zoho user whose email matches the Wave team member.
- Deduplication: Wave stores Zoho record IDs and updates existing records rather than creating duplicates.
Limitations & Requirements
- Owner matching is by email. If no matching Zoho user is found, the contact is saved without an owner.
- Zoho sandbox and developer accounts are detected automatically, but rate limits and available fields may differ from production.
