The HighLevel (GoHighLevel) integration syncs Wave contacts into your HighLevel sub-account as Contacts, including full address and owner assignment. Contacts are kept up to date in real time as they are created, updated, or deleted in Wave.

How to Connect

Open the integration

Go to Integrations → HighLevel.

Enable auto-sync (optional)

Turn on Auto-sync to import all existing Wave contacts immediately.

Connect HighLevel

Click Connect and sign in to your HighLevel account.

Select a location

Select the HighLevel sub-account (location) to sync contacts into.
Wave requests permission to read and write contacts, and to read users (to assign ownership).

What Gets Synced

Sync direction: Wave → HighLevel (outbound only) When it syncs: Real-time on contact create, update, or delete

Features

  • Auto-sync on connect: import all existing Wave contacts on first connection.
  • Deduplication: contacts are matched by primary email or phone number before creating new records.
  • Owner assignment: contacts are assigned to the HighLevel user whose email matches the Wave team member.
  • Full address sync: all address fields (street, city, state, postal code, country) are synced.

Limitations & Requirements

  • Owner matching is by email. If no matching HighLevel user is found, the contact is saved without an owner.

Disconnecting

Go to Integrations → HighLevel and click Disconnect. This removes the integration. Records already synced to HighLevel are not deleted.
