How to Connect

Open the integration
Go to Integrations → Gmail Signature (admin only).

Connect with an admin account
Click Connect and sign in with a Google Workspace admin account.

Authorize Wave
Authorize Wave to manage Gmail signature settings and read the directory.

Select a template
Select which signature template to push.

Sync
Click Sync to push signatures to all matching users.
What Gets Synced
Sync direction: Wave → Gmail (outbound only)
When: On-demand (manually triggered, or automatically when a template is updated)
Features
- Bulk sync: push the signature to all matching users in one click.
- Automatic updates: when you update a Wave signature template, all Gmail signatures are refreshed.
- User matching: Wave matches team members to Google Workspace directory entries by email address.
Limitations & Requirements
- Requires a Google Workspace domain with admin access.
- Only users whose Wave email matches a Google Workspace directory entry receive the signature.
- This is an organization-level integration. Individual team members do not connect separately.
