Does a Wave card work on every phone?
Using a tap or scan, Wave Connect works on all modern smartphones. The tap function is compatible with NFC-enabled phones including iPhones made in 2018+ (iPhone XS and newer) and Android phones. The QR code is used for phones without NFC. If the other person doesn't have their phone, you can share your profile via text and email.
Does Wave for Teams require a smart contact card?
No. Your team can use their on-profile QR code to share their digital business card.
Can NFC cards be reused if employees leave?
Yes, you can simply disconnect the profile from your Teams dashboard and get it ready for another employee.
What is the difference between Wave for Teams and Wave PRO?
Wave for Teams includes all the features of Wave PRO with the addition of admin management, custom templates, and access to a dedicated support specialist.

Are there any per-scan or per-contact fees?
No. Wave is flat-rate. Scan unlimited badges, export unlimited contacts, sync unlimited leads to your CRM. No credits, no per-scan charges, no per-contact fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
How many badges can my team scan at events?
As many as they want. There's no cap, no credit consumption, and no usage-based pricing. Your team can scan 10 badges or 10,000 at a single event and the cost stays the same.
Is contact enrichment included or an add-on?
Included. Every scanned contact is automatically enriched with LinkedIn profile, company info, and job title at no additional cost. Other platforms charge per enrichment or reserve it for enterprise tiers.
Does Wave charge for CRM syncs?
No. Every contact syncs to Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or Pipedrive in real time, included in your plan. Some competitors charge 5 credits per CRM sync on top of the per-user subscription.
