Do I need to download an app to use Wave?

Does the person I share with need a Wave account?

No. Recipients don't need a Wave account, don't need to download an app, and never get solicited by Wave. When someone scans your QR code or taps your NFC card, your profile opens directly in their phone's browser. They can save your contact in one tap. Wave never adds "Powered by" branding or sends marketing emails to your contacts.

What information can I put on my digital business card?

You can include your name, job title, phone numbers, email, unlimited website URLs, social media profiles, bio, up to 5 photos, your company logo, and more. Pro subscribers can also add Calendly scheduling links, embedded videos, PDF documents, Google Maps locations, and Typeform integrations. There's no limit on the number of website links you can add.

How does QR code sharing work?

Every Wave card comes with a custom QR code. The recipient opens their phone camera, points it at your QR code, and your profile opens in their browser - one scan, no app needed. How does NFC tap sharing work?

Hold your Wave NFC card near the top of an iPhone or the center of an Android phone. A notification appears, and one tap opens your profile in their browser. Can I add my digital business card to Apple Wallet?

Can I add a QR code to my email signature?

Does Wave add "Powered by" branding to my card?

How do I connect my NFC card to my Wave profile?

Can I design my own NFC card?
