Wave smart cards allow you to instantly exchange information with anyone by simply tapping the card to a nearby phone.
You can share your:

2. Social Media Profiles: Such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and much more.

You do not require a subscription to use a Wave NFC business card.
We have an optional subscription if you're looking for an upgraded networking experience. Wave PRO includes additional features like CRM integrations, analytics, and access to advanced content. With this upgrade you'll have everything you need to take your business to the next level.

Tracking and Delivery:
You can track your orders using the tracking information provided upon dispatch.
If you are not home during delivery, the courier may leave the package at the front door or leave a notice with further instructions.

We do not offer a return policy. Once an item is purchased, it cannot be returned. Custom products are nonrefundable and cannot be returned.
If your product arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a refund. You must provide proof of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us at support@wavecnct.com with the evidence of damage.
Upon validation of the damage claim within the specified 48-hour window, we will process your refund. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at support@wavecnct.com.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days.
Do note that you are responsible for all return charges, including the cost of the shipping label. Once the product has been received, we will then issue a full refund.
Please be aware that your order may be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), import duties, and other taxes upon arrival in your country. We ship all international packages DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid) and do not collect VAT, import duties, or fees. Therefore, we cannot predict the exact charges you might incur.
