4
Set the order

2
Answer
For Select, Checkbox, and Priority questions, tap an answer to move to the next question. For other types, enter the answer and tap Save.
3
Finish
Tap Next to skip a question, or Done on the last one.
On the web
Open a contact to see its Qualifiers. Edit the answers in the Qualifiers card and click Save.Sending qualifiers to your CRM
Qualifier answers are stored as contact attributes, so you can send them to your CRM like any other field. Map each attribute to a CRM field from the integration’s Attributes mapping, and match each option to a CRM value with Map options. See Custom Attributes.Best practices
- Keep the list short: three to five questions can be answered in a few seconds at a busy booth.
- Prefer Select, Checkbox, and Priority questions: they’re answered with a single tap.
- Put the most important question first, in case the conversation ends early.
