Switching Between Monthly and Annual
You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from Settings → Billing → Subscription.- Monthly to Annual: Your plan switches immediately and you are billed the annual rate. Any unused days on your monthly cycle are credited toward your first annual payment.
- Annual to Monthly: Your plan switches at the end of your current annual period. You will not be charged again until the new monthly billing cycle begins.
Adding a VAT Number
If your organization is VAT-registered, you can add your VAT number to have it included on invoices.1
Go to Billing
In your Wave account, go to Settings → Billing.

Open Billing Details
Click Edit next to your billing information.

Enter your VAT number
Add your VAT registration number and save. It will appear on all future invoices.
Adding a VAT number does not change the amount charged — it is for invoice record-keeping only. Contact billing@wavecnct.com if you need a corrected invoice.
Cancelling Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Subscription → Cancel Plan.- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual).
- Your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data, contacts, and profile are not deleted.
- You will not receive a refund for any unused time on your current period.
If you are on an Enterprise plan, contact your account manager or billing@wavecnct.com to cancel.
