Billing settings are found in Settings under the Billing section of your Wave account.

Switching Between Monthly and Annual

You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from SettingsBillingSubscription.
  • Monthly to Annual: Your plan switches immediately and you are billed the annual rate. Any unused days on your monthly cycle are credited toward your first annual payment.
  • Annual to Monthly: Your plan switches at the end of your current annual period. You will not be charged again until the new monthly billing cycle begins.

Adding a VAT Number

If your organization is VAT-registered, you can add your VAT number to have it included on invoices.

Go to Billing

In your Wave account, go to SettingsBilling.

Open Billing Details

Click Edit next to your billing information.

Enter your VAT number

Add your VAT registration number and save. It will appear on all future invoices.
Adding a VAT number does not change the amount charged — it is for invoice record-keeping only. Contact billing@wavecnct.com if you need a corrected invoice.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from SettingsBillingSubscriptionCancel Plan.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual).
  • Your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data, contacts, and profile are not deleted.
  • You will not receive a refund for any unused time on your current period.
If you are on an Enterprise plan, contact your account manager or billing@wavecnct.com to cancel.

Payment Methods

Wave accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Invoiced billing is available for Enterprise customers. For billing questions, contact billing@wavecnct.com.
