# Profiles

> Your Wave profile is the digital business card people see when you share your card, QR code, or link.

Your Wave profile is what people see when you tap your NFC card, scan your QR code, or open your link. Each account has one profile.

## Content

Content blocks appear on your profile and give people more ways to connect with you. To add a block, go to **Edit Profile → Content** and select what you want to add.

| Block              | What it does                                                                                                  |

| **Social Media**   | Link your social profiles: LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Discord, GitHub, Spotify, and more |
| **Websites**       | Add links to any website or online resource                                                                   |
| **Video**          | Embed a video from YouTube or Vimeo                                                                           |
| **Files**          | Share PDFs, brochures, or any document                                                                        |
| **Photo Gallery**  | Display a gallery of images                                                                                   |
| **Team Directory** | List your team members and their roles                                                                        |
| **Calendly**       | Let contacts book a meeting directly from your profile                                                        |
| **Typeform**       | Embed a form or survey                                                                                        |

To reorder blocks, drag them into the order you want. To remove one, open the block and delete it.

## Contact Info

Contact info is the core information shown at the top of your profile. Go to **Edit Profile → About** to update it.

* **Name**
* **Profile photo**: max 10 MB
* **Background image**: recommended 2560×1080 px, max 10 MB
* **Job title**
* **Company**
* **Address / location**
* **Email**
* **Phone**
* **Bio**: a short description of yourself or your business

## Appearance

Appearance settings control how your profile looks. Go to **Edit Profile → Appearance** to customize it.

**Layout**: choose how your profile image and background are displayed:

* **Default**: centered profile photo with a background image behind it
* **Full Photo**: profile photo only, no background
* **Full Background**: background image fills the screen, profile photo centered on top

**Colors & Typography**: set your background color, text color, and font.

**Buttons**: set the button color and button text color.

**Branding**: add your company logo and remove Wave branding from the profile footer and QR code.

Use **Preview** to see how your profile looks before saving.

## Lead Form

The lead form prompts visitors to share their contact info when they open your profile. Go to **Edit Profile → Lead Form** to configure it.

* **Toggle the form on or off**: turn off if you don't want to collect leads
* **Custom fields**: add any fields you want to capture beyond the defaults
* **Disclaimer**: add a message shown to contacts before they submit
* **Auto follow-up**: Wave automatically sends a follow-up email or SMS when a contact shares their email or phone number
* **Contact download**: let visitors save your contact info to their device before filling in the form
