# Shipping Times

> Production and delivery timelines for Wave Connect card orders

Shipping times for Wave Connect orders include **production time + delivery time**. Below is what you can expect.

## Production Time

All orders are printed before shipping.

* **Standard production:** 2-3 business days
* **Orders over 200 cards:** up to 6 business days total (includes additional processing time)

## Shipping Time

Delivery times begin **after production is complete**.

### **North America (USA & Canada)**

* **Standard delivery:** 8–10 business days
* **Express delivery:** 4–7 business days
* **Express Plus delivery:** 2–5 business days

### **International (Outside USA & Canada)**

* **Standard international:** 18–21 business days
* **Express international:** 2–8 business days (varies by location)

## Total Delivery Time

To estimate when your order will arrive:

> **Total time = Production time + Shipping time**

**Example:**\
A standard order in Canada:

* 3 days production + 8–10 days shipping = **11–13 business days total**

* Shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.
