# Billing

> Manage your subscription, billing cycle, and payment details

Billing settings are found in **Settings** under the **Billing** section of your Wave account.

## Switching Between Monthly and Annual

You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from **Settings** → **Billing** → **Subscription**.

* **Monthly to Annual**: Your plan switches immediately and you are billed the annual rate. Any unused days on your monthly cycle are credited toward your first annual payment.
* **Annual to Monthly**: Your plan switches at the end of your current annual period. You will not be charged again until the new monthly billing cycle begins.

## Adding a VAT Number

If your organization is VAT-registered, you can add your VAT number to have it included on invoices.

    In your Wave account, go to **Settings** → **Billing**.

    Click **Edit** next to your billing information.

  <Step title="Enter your VAT number">
    Add your VAT registration number and save. It will appear on all future invoices.

## Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from **Settings** → **Billing** → **Subscription** → **Cancel Plan**.

* Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual).
* Your account reverts to the Free plan. Your data, contacts, and profile are not deleted.
* You will not receive a refund for any unused time on your current period.

## Payment Methods

Wave accepts major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Invoiced billing is available for Enterprise customers.
